We are working with a well-known Consultancy who are looking for a Principal Cloud Security Architect to come and join their team. This is a Principal level role where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients providing expertise in Cloud Design, Architecture and Security for their organisations.

This is a Principal level role where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients providing expertise in Cloud Design, Architecture and Security for their organisations.
KEY ELEMENTS
- Communicate security concerns, design options and provide architectural reviews on clients’ cloud implementations adhering to best practices, relevant threats and acceptable risks.
- Identify and implement cloud security roadmaps & strategies.
- Work across strategy, transformation, and digital engineering to develop and manage the implementation of secure cloud architectures.
- You need to have or be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) – minimum 5 years in the UK.
- Experience working with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Strong understanding of security tooling for both cloud and security automation.
- Knowledge of security architecture as well as experience in designing and implementing tech solutions using secure networks, firewall, IDS / IPS & IDAM systems.
- A proven track record in leading cloud design and architecture.
- Previous working experience managing programme, portfolio and project lifecycles.
- Risk and assurance management.
- Relevant Cloud Architect qualifications.
- CISSP or equivalent internationally recognised accreditation.
- Understanding of cyber security standards such as NIST, CSF, ISO 27001.
- The salary is up to £103k base for the right person
